Illustration Friday: "Buzz"
When I was a kid the prospect of being stung by a bee was, like, the most horrifying thing imaginable. I have memories of being outside playing and some kid spotting a bee and everyone completely going mental and running around everywhere. When a bee did finally get me it was a a bit of a letdown, actually.
It didn't live up to all the hype.

oh gosh, this brings me back to my early youth. i was absolutely terrrrrified of ants. (Don't ask, I couldn't tell you.) excellent take on buzz!
Ohhh... Once I lived something similar, and still, I run near to a tiny bee. I'm such a coward!
Ur illo is adorable, Molly :)

Very nice drawing! I like the expression.
i love you style
That is so cute! And i love your style how the crowd always goes wild in front of a buzzing bee.
I am deathly allergic to bee stings and I'm the only one who remains calm while the bee is buzzing. It usually works. Except a coupla times when I've gotten stung. Ooops. Off to the hospital.
Great illustration...nice pose/expression and technique (your personal pic is great too)...
Great illustration, this was me as a kid...who am I kidding, this is me now too. Nice work.

nice drawing - my daughter is terrified of bees - she gets stung like 3 times whenever we visit my parents in oregon, the bees love the taste of her!
i'll believe YOUR hype... great stuff!

I love this illustration! It captures everything when you go back to the summer days when you were just a kid....sigh! ;-)
This looks great, and I love all the action it has.
