Illustration Friday: "Clean"

I'm back on the Illustration Friday wagon, folks. Here's my drawing for "Clean":

Remember the good old days, when parents would wash their kids' mouths out with soap if they swore? Yeah, me neither... but I've seen it in the movies!

I can personally attest that it did happen! It only took one time of that bar resting on my tongue for me to clean up my act. :P Great linework.

Nice, I love the soap in the mouth concept and wish I had thought of that.

I'm afraid I'm quilty of washing my son's mouth a time or two (not quite to the extreme of your illo). This is fun (although my son would probably think NOT).

In the 60s Ivory Soap started making there soap flavored, in an attempt to save kids from this terrible fate. Of course when these kids started having kids in the 80s they didn't bother, and the company was able to remove the flavorings. Inacting social change through good taste.

Ok, I made that up, but I felt bad for the kid so sue me.

Ah, the memories. This did happen to me once and was a horrible experience. But after watching Fear Factor for 6 seasons...I know I could handle it again if I had to! (I hope my mom's not reading this! Yikes!) Great illo!
